Centile call recording is an innovative, full feature solution that enables enterprises to improve employees productivity and customer retention.
The enterprise administrator connects to Centile web based administration interface and activate the call recording feature for a given user, group of users and/or ACD groups. The server license defines the max number of recorded entities.
