Dear Clients & Partners,

Centile, one of the European leaders in the development of unified communications platforms for operators and integrators, member of the Enreach Group, has put in place a continuity plan to ensure full services to its partners and clients. This plan is based on the following measures:

  1. Responding to our main concern for the health and safety of our employees and consultants, home-working is made compulsory. All employees have 100% capacity to perform and deliver their usual tasks. All teams can easily be joined via phone system and/or video collaboration. All tools including our ticketing system (Jira) remain fully available.
     
  2. All operations teams based in France, USA and Canada, including Support and Delivery, are able to perform their daily tasks. This includes on-call and planned operations.
     
  3. We do perform a daily supervision and follow up of our employees.
     
  4. No employees or consultants can access the office without prior authorization. For those who would have to reach our office, best practices have been set including minimum space between employees, use of Hydroalcoholic solutions and prohibition of any contact.

The continuity plan policy is implemented in close coordination with all Enreach European sites

We are fully committed to maintaining our business operations at the highest levels and to ensuring you receive the highest quality service without disruption during this specific period of Force Majeure that represents Covid-19.
