To enable Centile’s ISTRA platform to be integrated with the Microsoft Lync server and the leading CRM solutions on the market, Centile has chosen Mondago as a technology partner with its Go Gateway.

Interconnected to the Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business server via Istra CCE, the Mondago Go Gateway and the ISTRA server allow users to control and interact with their handsets from a Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business client. They can seamlessly make and receive calls from their Outlook interface and view the phone status of their colleagues.

Istra CCE also allows the integration of telephony within the main CRM solutions of the market: Istra CCE makes it possible to inform the third party systems of the customer calls for reports of cards on the agent stations, or to profit from the placement of call in 1 click.

The power of Centile’s APIs allows existing users of the Salesforce CRM app to access, directly from the usual Salesforce portal, the features of incoming customer record and call setup with 1-click dialing, without juggling two applications; which improves the efficiency of their tasks and consequently the productivity of the company.
